The users are not anonymized in visual review tooltip (segment edit) and for segment comments in editor (also the add/edit comment tooltip component in visual).

1. runtimeOptions.customers.anonymizeUsers should be on

2. edit segment with assigned user with no pm rights (editor only for example)

3. open the task with other user (editor only), and go with the mouse over the edited segment. The full user name is show rather then the anonymized one.
