Send e-mail to specific PM on creation of project through TermTranslation Workflow

As discussed today, there should be a system config that defines, who is assigned to a project as a PM, that has been created in the TermTranslation Workflow.

This person should also get an e-Mail, when a new project has been created.

The config should be overwritable on client level.
The initial value should be the first admin user found in the system.

The mail content should be project name and id of the created project and that it is a project from the TermTranslation Workflow. Please ask Lucas to provide an mail text for this in DE and EN.
