The new project creation notification e-mail for PMs is triggered on each project and not only on term translation projects. And the project type is hardcoded to "term translation project" in that mail.

solution

1. Make the Project Type Name dynamic to the used type in the mail template
2. Implement in the notification a filter so that it can be filtered for desired task / project types
