Fix repetition behaviour in pre-translation with MT only

    • On pre-translations with MTs only, repeated segments may get the wrong tags and produce therefore tag errors, especially a problem for instant translating files.

      problem

      On pre-translation repeated segments where treated as repetitions. If pre-translation is used with MT only, the segment may be filled with different tags / amount of tags as there are tags in the source content.

      This may lead to tag errors on exporting the task, especially a problem for instant translating files.

      Solution

      use the tag updater also in that case.
