A re-imported Excel contained

<USB>\some\file\path<foldername>

as part of a target segment.

The tag check found an error, because there were no closing tags for the opening tags in the segment. And the tag check automatically closed the tags like so

</foldername></usb>

at the end of the segment.

The tag check should only do that for the translate5 numbered tags in reimported Excel files, like those:

<1>  <2>  etc.
