Problem

In a term collection for the source term GA the target ATM should be used, usage state standardized. When the user inserts ATM it is not recognized and the error not found in target > standardized persists

Steps to reproduce

1. Use tbx attached hereto and import archive to create task
2. Open task and look at last segment
3. Change "GA" to "ATM" and save segment
4. Open segment again
5. Another term entry with "GTA" is found
6. Error not found in target > standardized persists
