Check for duplicates in same language when saving new term

    • Confirmation prompt is now shown on attempt to add a target term (via text selection within opened segment editor) that already exists in the destination TermCollection

      When a term for a target language is added, a check should be run whether the term already exists in this language in the given term collection before saving. If yes, a warning should pop up like "The term already exists in another entry. Do you really want to add it to the term collection?" Yes would save the term and no would cancel.
