For review tasks the tag error message is confusing because the reference field for the tag check is target at import time and not source. Thus, change all error messages accordingly, replacing "source" by "target at import time"
For review tasks the shortcut ctrl+insert should insert the target at import time accordingly (not the source). Please check whether keyboard shortcuts (1-20) work with reference to source or target at import time, it should be target at import time for review tasks.
For review tasks, user should be able to chose whether the tag check should be performed with reference to the source or the target at import time in the task config. Also the short-cuts (see above) should always use the configured reference field to get the tags.
