Placeables: Use placeables content also when requesting MTs

    Description

      When MTs are requested, instead of sending a Placeable (which is an internal tag) as replaced image-tag in the tag-repair it should be send with it's text-content encapsulated in a link-tag. The problem might be, that if the tag is lost or ripped apart by the MT the Placeable-content possibly is translated as well and not identifyable anymore.

      Also internal whitespaces may can be replaced by a <span> </span> construct as they tend to make trouble with DeepL as well, see related Issues
