On implementing TRANSLATE-3320 in the UI was to much implemented.

When taking over a match in the UIs matchpanel, the tags should not be changed, since the backend is already delivering the right tags in the right order. At least should be. The only thing what should happen: the tag check should be triggered against the correct reference field, and additonal tags (flagged as such) should be removed. The other tags should stay as they are when taking over content from match panel.

With TRANSLATE-3320 it was implemented also, that on taking over the tags are replaced with the tags from source in the order of source - what is wrong.
