Situation description

Users in InstantTranslate should be offered the possibility to select different MT language resources for different purposes.

For example you could simply offer to choose between DeepL and Google.

Or you could train a client-specific LLM resource for marketing and one for technical documentation.

Solution

In InstantTranslate a switch for the end user will be added in the file translation UI where the user can select the MT engine to translate the file with - in case multiple MT language resources are assigned to the client(s) of the user. Hide this selection if only one is available to the user.

When user has multiple clients assigned, the offer to select from multiple MTs must consider this: Client A is chosen: offer all available for Client A; Client B is chosen, offer all available for Client B

The default MT should always be preselected and used for translation in combination with other resources (if available such as t5memory or TermCollections). If multiple MTs are available to the user, only use the one with the lowest ID as preselection (and if not changed for translation in combination with other resources).

Special case:

User has more than one client and for each client more than one MT:

If an MT has been actively selected by the user and the client is changed afterwards and the chosen MT is available for this other client too, preserve the selection.
