Currently the RowEditor and the SegmentGrid are directly coupled, since by navigating in the buffered SegmentGrid segments drop out of the store this can lead to errors in the GUI, especially if a user scrolls out with an opened segment and this segment is automatically saved then.
We assume that ~~TRANSLATE-136~~ and ~~TRANSLATE-93~~ are depending on this.

It would be better to have a behavior like in the google docs spreadsheet, where the opened cell (segment) remains in the viewport, hovering always at the same place over the content while the grid is scrolled away.

This enables reading the segment context again.

This task should be done along with ~~TRANSLATE-4~~.
