Disable segment grid scrolling while a segment is opened for editing

      While discussing and testing TRANSLATE-368 we got issues as described in TRANSLATE-93 and TRANSLATE-136. In this special case they were triggered by scrolling the grid with an opened segment.
      This errors can be omitted by disabling the grid scrolling if a segment is opened for editing.
      This feature is superseded by TRANSLATE-377.
