Make runtimeOptions.frontend.importTask.edit100PercentMatch affect the server side

    • The config runtimeOptions.frontend.importTask.edit100PercentMatch is renamed to runtimeOptions.import.edit100PercentMatch and affects now API imports too. Previously this was always false for API imports.
    • The config runtimeOptions.frontend.importTask.edit100PercentMatch is renamed to runtimeOptions.import.edit100PercentMatch and affects now API imports too. Previously this was always false for API imports.

    Description

      So far the config runtimeOptions.frontend.importTask.edit100PercentMatch only effects the default of the config on the first page of the import wizard.

      In the future it should affect also the default behavior via API access or when AcrossHotfolder or ConnectWorldserver plug-ins are used.

      Please also reflect this change in the description of the config in the UI and CMD
