Disable sdlxliff track changes export

    • Disable of sdlxliff track changes on export because of a problem in the segment data structure.

    Description

      Problem

      The track changes implementation with TRANSLATE-3534 

      produces multiple problems on export. Therefore we will disable temporary this feature until we provide fix for the problem.
