Problem

The track changes implementation with ~~TRANSLATE-3534~~

produces multiple problems on export. Therefore we will disable temporary this feature until we provide fix for the problem.

The reason for disabling this feature is described in this bug ticket: https://jira.translate5.net/browse/TRANSLATE-3882

TRANSLATE-3882 Export of Project Fails due to XML Parser Problems
