Missing userGuid in user tracking table

    • Fix for error when empty user entire exist in user tracking table.

    Description

      Problem

      For some reason, there are records in task user tracking table without userGuid. This leads to errors in the UI. Currently as workaround, the error is suppressed with allowing this to happen with potential consequences no uses list in the user info tooltip in the task grid column.
