tooltip to ignore QA error too small, error count and quality loading

      Problem

      1. The tooltip with right-click for QA errors does not show the complete error

      2. the error count is not going down if you ignore all errors at once.

      3. The different qualities are not loaded in the right portlet when there are more than 1 in a segment.
