Problem

With runtimeOptions.terminology.usedTermProcessStatus the user can choose which terms to send to term tagger. However, the process status seems to influence the term error qualities:

e.g. source term and target term have status provisionally processed: even though the target term is defined, the error "not defined in target terminology" is shown; when the target term is not used in the segment, no error is shown for not found in target

Solution

Once it is set, which process status to consider (runtimeOptions.terminology.usedTermProcessStatus)  the process status should be irrelevant for quality checks

Steps to reproduce

Import the tbx, create task with txt. Write target term into target segment.
