Pricing presets: REST API and UI fix

Deletion confirmation (e.g. adding '?answer=ok' to the URL) should not be required for deletion requests made via external REST API clients unlike when made via browser window with translate5 app opened. Also, single-value match-rate ranges (e.g. '100%', '104%') should be slightly wider than currently.
