Disable editing file translations by config

      Problem:
      It is needed to be able to disable "Edit file translation" feature for certain clients by setting a client level config to "Disabled"

       

      Solution:
      Create a new client level config `runtimeOptions.plugins.InstantTranslate.enableTaskEdit`
      which purpose is to enable "Edit task" button
