Problem

Users should be able to see the quality estimation of a complete task in InstantTranslate to judge, if "send to human revision" makes sense and if self-post-editing makes sense.

Solution

Display of the quality estimation average value of the translated file and of the translated text in the text field.

Use the same color schema as background color, that is used in https://jira.translate5.net/browse/TRANSLATE-4835

Introduce 2 system configs, overwriteable on client level:

• Enabling of quality estimation for InstantTranslate file translation

In general quality estimation is only visible if either “Send to human revision” button and/or feature to open file in editor from InstantTranslate is available for the user. The above mentioned system configs point to this fact in their description.
