Enable instant translate task edits by default

      Config "Enable file translation task editing for InstantTranslate user" (runtimeOptions.plugins.InstantTranslate.enableTaskEdit) is now enabled by default for all so if you do not want to allow edit task button in Instant translate please disable it manually.
