Problem

The text in the pop up does not look nice, ugly line-breakes and the content under "source" does not seem to be right

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a segment with repetions https://master.dev.translate5.net/editor/taskid/424/#task/424/765/edit
2. use Ctrl + 1 to insert best match
3. use Ctrl + enter to open next editable segment
4. repetitions editor will pop up
5. accept all changes with Ctrl+S
6. asynchroneous segment-handling popup will sometimes open / warning that different user was faster
