GUI interface to manage file-based TMs

• add TM (params: file, TM-type, sourceLang, targetLang, color to show for resource in match-list); upload as TMX-file or native openTM2-file
• add additional TMs (TMX files) to already existing TMs
• delete TM (warn about assigned tasks, from which the TM will be unassigned, if deleted; unassign TM from all tasks, if it is deleted anyway)
• download TM as TMX-file or native openTM2-file.

• See attached tm_admin.png, the whole dialog is integrated analogous to the existing user admin interface. The menu for all three views (task overview, user and tm administration) is changed as shown in the screenshot in the right upper corner.

task settings

• assign existing file-based TM(s)
• remove assigned TM(s)
• see tm_task_association.png
• define per Task / TM association if segments should be written back to the TM or not

handle assigned file-based TMs on task editing

• open assigned TM(s), when task is opened
• close assigned TM(s), when task is closed (or session is deleted)
• query assigned TMs (see TRANSLATE-501)
