Excel ex and re-import does not care about non editable segments

    • Excel re-import is now respecting non editable columns. A new column in excel to show that its not editable is added.

      problem

      Excel re-import just imports non editable segments. 

      solution

      The re-import of such segments is prohibited with TRANSLATE-3710 but in the export of the excel we should add a column with the info that a segment is readonly. 

      The re-import must be tested / extended that it still works even with the new column.
