Problem

1. When user selects "save as draft" for search and replace, and clicks through the replacements step by step, replacements are not saved
   It works for "replace all" operations, then things are changed and segments are saved as draft. But when user decides to be more careful and clicks "replace" while watching the findings, then the changes are applied in the opened segment, but the segment is NOT saved with the changes
2. When saving segments containing tag errors as draft with ctrl + shift + enter/s, you will need to press this twice. For segments without tag errors it works when pressing the first time
3. Add to language resource logging when PM saves draft segments (especially with tag errors or other "must be zero" errors!) to master TM from the language resource overview
