add collumn "context" in TM-Maintenance

      Problem

      sometimes you have 2 (or more) entries in a TM where you can not see any difference.
      These entries only differ in "context" but this field is not shown in the GUI.

      Solution

      add column "context" in list of shown or show-able fields.
