In a new instance several default PMs are not set yet. If in such instance a InstantTranslate task is send to HumanRevision this won't work.

The backend error is just popping up for half a second in InstantTranslate with a general text.

Show the error message permanently with the proper text so that user knows what has to be changed (the default PM config). Show the error below the file name similar to the download error in red:

Text: EN: The configured project manager for human revision cannot be determined or is not set. Please contact your provider of human revision.
