In a new instance several default PMs are not set yet. If in such instance a InstantTranslate task is send to HumanRevision this won't work.

The backend error is just popping up for half a second in InstantTranslate with a general text.

Show the error message permanently with the proper text so that user knows what he has to change (the default PM config)
