Problem
Adding language-variants for prompts is too complicated. When a language-variant is added, the examples from the base-variant are added as clone/copy at the same time so it is not possible to have a variant without examples

Deleting examples for a prompt in prompt management is not possible, because when you remove them, the save button will not become active. So your deletion cannot be saved.

Prompts without the neccessary language-pair are not available for creating a RAG-prompt. There should be a possibility, to make prompty available for any RAG / language-pair

Solution

• Adding a language Variant/Pair only adds the variant and nothing else
• Cloning/importing the examples (with empty/generic targets) should be a seperate button (bottom left, "Pull sources"). This action must check for (source) duplicates in case there are already examples so it can be used at any time.
• Enable the possiblity to delete examples for prompts by making the save button active in case examples are removed.
• Add a property (checkbox) to the prompts "Usable for any RAG language-pair" - that is not set by default
• in the RAG window, all prompts shall be selectable, that either have a matching language-pair or have the "Usable for any RAG language-pair" option set
