      Problem
      The usability of the RAG prompt management is bad: The view is cluttered with stuff that prevents seeing what is important (the sys-prompts) and - if many prompts are loaded - the UI becomes painfully slow

      Solution
      Several sub-issues will improve the usability and fix the sluggishness of the UI

      FRONTEND-TESTS

      • all code was vastly changed so the whole prompt management, Finetuning UI & RAG UI must be tested
      • all issues in these tickets have been resolved (the "add sys message" button was not removed, see issue)
      • since the performance of the RAG view is an important part of the TODOs, the command t5 openai:seed-rag-prompts can be used to create prompts for testing
