Solution
In the RAG Window for a LR:

• Rename the "Save" Button to "Overwrite" with a tooltip "Overwrite the original Prompt"
• Add a Button "Save as" that will open a Wizard where a title & comment must/can be given and the changed prompt is saved as a "variant" with the current language-combination predefined
• Combine action buttons & prompt title bar to save space

Important
The "Save as" Button was not released as it couldn't be technically achieved to exchange the shown record in the view with the newly created prompt.
