Improvements for spellchecker

      For the spellchecker implemented in TRANSLATE-3707 we need to provide several amendments:

        - Make a checkbox "Save segment as draft" for a spellcheck tooltip to be stateful.

        - When ignoring an error in editor (or mulitple or removing error from being ignored) the segment table scrolls somewhere. Need to remove automatic scrolling when using the spellcheck pop-up. However in spellchecker window scrolling should stay as there it automatically goes from error to error.

        - Warning message when making "Replace all" or "Ignore all" says "Unsaved changes in editor will be discarded". That is not true anymore. Need to remove that part of the warning.

        - Add icon to the grid menu for showing the spellchecker window
