New OKAPI 1.49 snapshot 2

      Problem

      We have a new OKAPI snapshot which should be the new default in Translate5. It contains a bugfix for json-import filter using subfilters. For details see https://jira.translate5.net/projects/TS/queues/custom/4/TS-5852

      Solution

      Add new attached snapshot
      okapi-longhorn_all-platforms_1.49.0-SNAPSHOT-20260625.zip
      to our existing OKAPI container with the name:
      okapi-longhorn-149-snapshot-2

      Add all needed modifications in Translate5 (Alter SQLs etc.) to make this new snapshot our new default OKAPI version.

      Testing

      is not needed any more. Its already done in https://jira.translate5.net/projects/TS/queues/custom/4/TS-5852
