Problem
If Coordinator job created manually, coordinator user jobs from client default jobs will not be assigned to task.
They are assigned only on creation time right now.
Important
For coordinator user job to be assigned to task - Coordinator group job should be assigned beforehand.
Same logic follows default assignments: if there is no default Coordinator group job - coordinator user job cannot be automatically assigned to a task.
But Coordinator still can create default coordinator user job - that is not a problem. Once there will be default Coordinator group job (created by PM) - coordinator user job will be assigned automatically on task import (wizard, hotfolder, clone).
Right now jobs that PM creates in wizard may be considered as jobs created in project overview. All defaults of a task are applied on moment of task creation generally, so default jobs in wizard already assigned to a task at this moment and all PM assignments handled as manually created jobs.
Solution
Create user jobs from default coord user jobs when Coordinator job is created. Even if Coordinator job created manually.
Redo part of logic: as Coordinator group may have sub-Coordinator group then default jobs for sub-group should also be created even on manual assignment.
For this we redo default assignment logic and use events to react on.
Also:
https://jira.translate5.net/browse/TRANSLATE-5653 task is solved in scope of this one as they happen to be interconnected.
Test
Test that manually created Coordinator job will result in assignment of related default sub-group jobs and default group user jobs.
