Problem

When task is in step "workflow finished" and new Coordinator job assigned to a task - no task step recalculation is triggered.

Same if state of this job changed by PM.

Same if Coordinator group job without group user jobs is deleted from task.

Solution

Trigger step recalculation if Coordinator job assigned to a task.

Trigger recalculation if Coordinator job state changed by PM.

Trigger step recalculation if Coordinator job unassigned from a task.

Check, if there are other situations, that should trigger workflow step recalculation, that are not covered yet. If found, amend the issue and fix them also.
