Add term tagging via stanza support

      Problem

      We need to introduce support of Stanza to make use of its lemmatisation abilities to provide term tagging in translate5.

      Solution

      We need to introduce new docker image with Stanza API.

      Also we need to introduce logic of comparison between lemmas and terms in t5 database.

      In process we expect to fix number of known bugs from userland.
