Problem

Content protected elements containing "&"-character are counted wrong in length.
In the linked, concrete customer case ServiceDesk-issue, there was "," content protected. This should be counted as 7 characters.
Actually it's counted as 11 characters because it counts all characters of ","

Solution

Bugfix internal character-counting. And also check if this wrong counting behaviour is only limited to Content-Protected elements or happen also on other elements like internal tags or general the "&"-character.
