Problem
Content protected elements containing "&"-character will destroy export.
In a concrete customer case ServiceDesk-issue, there was "," content protected. This is recognise correct as CP (ContentProtected) element.
But when this CP element is in target-language and then task is exported as “Original format, translated”, this export runs into an error.

Solution
Bugfix export (before OKAPI) for ContentProtection with elements containing a & character.
Also check if this wrong behaviour is only limited to & or may also exist for other "critical characters" like " or ' or < or > ....
