Getting information from CSV files

A CSV-file can have 2 optional additional columns:

• max-length
• min-length
  If values are defined there, they are handled analogous to values defined in SDLXLIFF in their relationship to task-template and system-wide settings.
  The column headers of the new columns are defined in system configuration and can be overwritten by task template with TRANSLATE-471
