Problem

in Segment grid's top toolbar there is Settings-menubutton, with 'Display tracked changes'  item among menu items, which is an item with a checkbox. However, the checkbox's checked state is not saved on page reload

Solution

Checkbox checked/unchecked state should be stateful, e.g. saved and re-applied on page reload

Initial visibility: On rollout of the feature, trackchanges shall be visible until the user hides TC for the first time.
The logic "review task" vs "translation task" can be removed from the code
