In ~~TRANSLATE-1099~~ we introduced the ignoring of internal tags framing the segment content. This was specified and therefore implemented only for review projects containing also target content.

Now this should be extended, so that it is working also for translation projects.

Implementation Idea:

The method recognizing the framing tags is using the source and target content. If it is a translation tasks we have to use a copy of the source content as target, to simulate the same tag structure one both sides.

The correct fill up of the recognized target tags must then also be ensured.
