    Description

      This feature should implement all things for manual status, which will be implemented for the segment-wide-qm-flags with TRANSLATE-457, but are missing in TRANSLATE-305.

      In detail this is:

      task-template config option

      • On task-template level it should be configurable, if it is obligated to set the segment-wide state-level for a segment
      • In addition it should be configurable, if the state-level radio-buttons are shown or not
      • it should also for the manual status be possible, to overwrite the system-wide default values by task-template
